All staff from AWS Member Organizations receive free, unlimited access to our E-Standard and Guidance. You will need your organization’s coupon code to complete your free subscription: the Lead Person for each Member Organization will have been sent the code, but if you need help, please contact us.

Non-Members are welcome to purchase access to the E-Standard and Guidance on a per user, per module basis via Our Products page. However, it makes greater financial sense to access this via your organization joining AWS as a Member, as this will allow all staff within your organization to gain unlimited access to AWS Tools and Learning Modules. The AWS E-Standard and Guidance provides an interactive, user-friendly tool to support implementers of the AWS Standard on their water stewardship journey.

Learning Modules

Learning Modules provide in-depth insight from AWS on key themes within water stewardship. They supplement the formal AWS Standard System Training, but if you are yet to attend our Standard System Training, you might wish to start with the module titled ‘An Introduction to the Alliance for Water Stewardship Standard and Standard System.

Learning Modules typically include three short films, with interactive elements throughout to reinforce your learning. At the end of each module, there is a short test, and on completion of the test, you will receive a certificate. For individuals within the AWS Professional Credentialing Program, Learning Modules (except for the Introduction module), count towards your Continuing Contribution Units.

All staff from AWS Member Organizations receive free, unlimited access to our Learning Modules. The Introduction Series provides an overview of water stewardship and AWS. Webinars include an Introduction to The AWS Standard System and an Introduction to AWS Professional Credentialing. These are typically delivered by AWS staff.

The Good Practice Series highlights important topics relating to AWS Standard implementation and water stewardship, such as stakeholder engagement and capacity building. Speakers are drawn from the global AWS Team and our Members to share a range of experiences and perspectives.

The Spotlight Series focuses on a country, region or sector and takes a deep dive into water stewardship activity underway. Examples include activity in agriculture, microelectronics and textiles. Speakers are drawn from the global AWS Team, our Members, Service Providers and Partners.

The Big Picture Thinking Series dives into high level debates on the future evolution of water stewardship.

Recordings of webinars are available on demand for Members providing a library of knowledge on water stewardship which users can access when they need it. Non-members can purchase access on a per webinar per user basis. Live webinars are advertised via the AWS newsletter, which anyone can subscribe to via a4ws.org.
